During November 2024, the 12th cohort of LEAD Albania fellows took part in the highly anticipated ‘LEAD Onboarding Program,’ a two-day training experience designed to build an important journey for their leadership development. The program was facilitated by Helen Van Hameyde, a leadership expert from the renowned Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL), an institution recognised for its focus on developing the next generation of leaders.
The program emphasised the importance of the personal impact and confidence building. Participants explored ways to enhance their presence and the influence they have within their teams and communities. By the end of the onboarding experience, the fellows were not only more self-aware but also empowered to navigate complex situations with increased confidence.
The LEAD Onboarding Program sets a powerful tone for the fellow’s leadership journey. It is just the beginning of a transformative process that will continue to unfold over the course of their time in the LEAD Albania program. With continued access to expert coaching, mentorship, and resources, these emerging leaders are now on their way to tackle challenges, drive innovation, and inspire change in their communities and beyond.
