Applicants must be citizens of Albania. Dual citizenship is acceptable.
A completed undergraduate degree is required. Graduate or postgraduate qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Ideally, applicants should have at least 5 years of post-graduate work experience.
- For those holding a PhD, a minimum of 3 years of work experience is preferred.
Individuals employed by the Central Government, Municipality of Tirana, President of the Republic of Albania or the new Albanian Justice Institutions are not eligible.
There are no age restrictions; however, the program is primarily intended for individuals in their middle career journey.
Individuals who have participated in AADF fellowship programs within the last 2 years are ineligible to apply.
