As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and community engagement, LEAD Alumni and Fellows gathered at Drilon Park for a tree-planting initiative aimed at contributing to environmental preservation and promoting responsible leadership.
This initiative provided an opportunity for members of the LEAD network to reconnect, reflect on shared values, and take collective action in support of a greener future. The act of planting trees served both as a practical contribution to the local environment and as a symbolic gesture aligned with the principles of long-term thinking and stewardship.
Each participant planted a tree, reinforcing our responsibility to future generations and the importance of embedding sustainability in leadership practices. The activity also offered a meaningful setting for dialogue, collaboration, and strengthening ties within the LEAD community.
This initiative reflects LEAD’s ongoing efforts to integrate environmental awareness into leadership development and to foster a culture of thoughtful, grounded and values-driven action.
