The current class of LEAD Albania spent a dynamic week at the College of Europe in Bruges, engaging in a series of lectures and meetings with senior officials from the European Union.
Throughout the week, participants had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of how EU institutions function, the enlargement process, and the challenges Albania faces on its path to integration. Discussions and insights shared by policymakers and experts helped expand their knowledge, raise awareness, and further develop their leadership capacities in service of the public good.
Now is the time to seriously reflect: what responsibility does each of us as leaders hold in Albania’s journey toward the European Union?
